The DMC pulse bag filter is a pulse type single-machine bag filter
designed and developed by our company after learning from the
advanced technology of foreign products in the same industry and
improved by the company’s technical department. This type of filter
adopts high pressure (pressure value 0.5~0.7MPa), the process of
large-flow pulse valve spraying dust removal through the filter bag
one by one. Compared with other single-machine bag dust collectors
in the same industry in China, it has the characteristics of large
dust removal kinetic energy, high dust removal efficiency, and
small size. It has the advantages of light weight, simple and
compact structure, easy installation, and convenient maintenance
(external filter), so it is widely use din smelting, building
materials, machinery, metallurgy, mining, coal, non-metallic
mineral ultrafine powder processing and other industries. In the
ideal equipment for the current environmental protection and dust
removal industry.
The working principle of bag type dust collector is as follows:
rely on woven or felt woven (pressure) filter cloth as filter
material,
when dust gas passes through the filter bag, dust is blocked on the
surface of the filter bag, dry air is discharged through the gap
between the filter bag fibers, so as to achieve the purpose of
separation of dust gas and dust.Its working mechanism is the dust
through the filter cloth screen, inertia, adhesion, diffusion and
static electricity and other effects and capture.
