High Efficiency and High Precision Short Stress Rolling Mill for Rod/Rebar Production line

The mill is an integral cast steel "zero crown" stand.The rolling mill body includes rolling mill gate, roll, each supporting combination, press roll and rolling oil injection.

Rolling mill arch structure: the whole frame made of cast steel is equipped with two upper and lower rollers and supporting bearings (3 pieces are in a group of 8 groups). The control of pressing and rolling line is carried out by an eccentric mechanism installed in the bearing pedestals of BC and FG support rolls.The work roller bear the love of the force respectively through themiddle roller transmission to the 8 supporting roller bearing pedestal, finally by the strong frame.The club hole fixed on the 8 supporting roller bearings has high precision (the parallelism is controlled within 0.01/1000mm) to ensure the high precision of rolled products. The rolling mill can roll high precision and high quality strip steel, because of its high rigidity and has a middle roller transverse adjustment device and roller crown adjustment device.
