The equipment structure of VOD vacuum refining furnace and VD vacuum refining furnace is basically the same, the main difference is that the VOD refining furnace adds an oxygen lance and its lifting system and oxygen supply system in the upper part of the vacuum seal cover, and blows oxygen to the molten steel in the ladle for decarburization under vacuum conditions.This method has the functions of decarburization, deoxygenation, degassing, desulfurization and alloying.VD/VOD is used for vacuum refining of molten steel. It has two structure forms: tank cover type and tank car type.

VD/VOD ladle refining furnace equipment is composed of vacuum tank or vehicle-mounted tank, vacuum tank cover, vacuum feeding device, oxygen blowing device (refers to VOD), electrical automation system, vacuum tube, dust removal device and vacuum pump, etc. The furnace tonnage ranges from 5T to 300T, mainly used for the production of stainless steel, manganese steel, ultra-low carbon alloy steel and alloy, etc.

1. Production of high quality low alloy steel, low carbon steel, bearing steel, alloy steel structure, stainless steel, die steel, tool steel, ultra-low carbon steel, etc., the gas in molten steel, inclusion, chemical composition of the steel has strict requirements;

Features:

1. The vacuum tank is sealed by a single hollow sealing ring and protected by water cooling.

2. The tank cover adopts butterfly head structure, high strength, uniform force;

3. Vacuum tank car adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, running smoothly;

4. The vacuum pipe adopts water-cooled pipe, which can reduce the exhaust gas temperature and airflow temperature;

5. The observation glass of artificial observation window is provided with inert gas protection and stroboscopic device or TV camera device;

6. Under vacuum conditions to achieve artificial temperature sampling and automatic feeding;

7. The oxygen blowing device is equipped with special sealing device, less wear and tear, anti-leakage, and easy to adjust the oxygen lance;

8. Argon stirring;

9. Equipped with PLC control system.
