Short Stress Steel Rolling Mill

The excellent performance of short-stress mill makes it become the leading machine in the steel rolling operation of domestic bar and wire mills. Short stress line rolling mill can be divided into two types: rack type and frame type. The rolling force of the rolling mill passes through the internal stress of the roller, roller bearing, box, copper nut, pull rod and other stressed parts into a closed loop, that is, the stress line. The base and the pressing mechanism of the rolling mill are not subjected to rolling force, and the stress line is shorter than that of the ordinary rolling mill, which improves the strength of the rolling mill and reduces the elastic deformation of the rolling mill, so it is called "short stress mill".

1. There are positive and negative threads at both ends of the column, which can realize counterweight adjustment, and the rolling center line remains unchanged. It can improve the operation rate, save the time for maintenance and replacement of the guide and guard beams, reduce operation accidents, avoid process accidents such as rolling elbows, impact, and roll winding, and improve the guide and guard life.

2. Convenient axial adjustment and small axial clearance.

3. The balance spring is used, the balance force is unchanged, and the spring is compact in the bearing seat.

4. The rolling mill has good pre-adjustment performance, quick roll change and high yield rate.

6. The bearing seat is automatically adjusted, and the four-row cylindrical bearing is balanced in force, which improves the bearing life.
