High-speed wire refers to the wire steel rolled by high-speed
rolling mill. Wire is divided into rebar and disk circle two kinds.
Part of the disc and circle according to the different rolling mill
is divided into high-speed wire (high line) and ordinary wire
(general line) two kinds.
Billet specification: 100*100-180*180*12000mm
Rolling speed: up to 105m/S
Coil weight: 1-2.5T
Product specifications: φ 5.5-16mm
Annual output of wire: 800,000 tons
The walking beam heating furnace is adopted to reduce the floor
space and improve the heating quality of billets.
Horizontal and vertical arrangement of roughing mill, medium mill
and pre-finishing mill. The whole production line realizes
torsion-free rolling.
The finishing mill is equipped with 8 or 10 super heavy 45°
twist-free top crossing mills. The reducing and sizing unit can be
retained for on-line heat treatment. The guaranteed speed of
finishing mill is 105 m/s.

610-350 Horizontal and vertical short stress line mill, or 550-350
two-high horizontal and vertical closed mill, Cutting head (broken)
flying shears, water cooling equipment, 285 cantilever
pre-finishing mill group, 10 stand 45° twistless high speed and
heavy load finishing mill group, pinch roll, spinning machine and
loose coil air cooling control cooling line, coil collecting
station, P/F cooling line, automatic wire baler, etc.
