The excellent performance of short-stress mill makes it become the
leading machine in the steel rolling operation of domestic bar and
wire mills. Short stress line rolling mill can be divided into two
types: rack type and frame type. The rolling force of the rolling
mill passes through the internal stress of the roller, roller
bearing, box, copper nut, pull rod and other stressed parts into a
closed loop, that is, the stress line. The base and the pressing
mechanism of the rolling mill are not subjected to rolling force,
and the stress line is shorter than that of the ordinary rolling
mill, which improves the strength of the rolling mill and reduces
the elastic deformation of the rolling mill, so it is called "short
stress mill".

than that of ordinary rolling mill. The rolls of the rolling mill
should be pre-installed and adjusted before roll change, which can
save the roll change time, save the adjustment time of the rolling
mill and improve the operation rate.
