LF Series LF-15t Ladle Refining Furnaces Vacuum Degassing
Main application: LF steel ladle refining furnace can be used for
refining molten steel in primary furnace (electric arc furnace,
open hearth furnace, converter).Is the production of high quality
carbon steel, alloy structure steel, bearing steel, tool steel,
stainless steel and other steel and meet the continuous casting,
continuous rolling of the main metallurgical equipment.
Equipment features: the equipment has arc heating, blowing argon
stirring, wire feeding, temperature sampling, alloying and other
functions.Users can choose the ladle refining furnace according to
the type of steel produced and smelting process.
Equipment composition: the ladle, the ladle car and drag chain
device, heat bridge and guide roller device, furnace cover and the
lifting device, electrode lifting mechanism, thread feeding device,
short_net temperature sampling device, argon blowing system, water
and compressed air system, hydraulic system, high pressure system,

Characteristics
1. Adopting the water cooled furnace roof equipped with dedusting
interface of which the size of smoke outlet is adjustable to keep
the tiny barotropic atmosphere and reducing atmosphere inside the
furnace.
2. Using the cooper-steel composited conductive arm, reducing
electrode pitch circle diameter and prolonging lining service life.
3. Equipped with automatic or manual temperature measurement and
sampling device to measure the liquid steel temperature accurately.
4. Large current system adopts large-section water cooled cable,
compensators and copper-steel composite conducive arm, thus reduce
major loop impedance.
5. Using alloy and slag automatic charging device to accurately
measure the charging volume.
6. Equipped with PLC control system and smelting model.
